Prior to this role, he has been instrumental in developing MORGAN PHILIPS out of Paris, Geneva and London from 2015 until 2024.
He has a developed a 25 years personal track-record in Executive Search and dealt with over 700 search assignments in 12 countries across sectors, and within the financial services industry from Trading, Corporate Banking, Global Banking & Markets to Private Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Fintech, Public Finance & Institutional Banking, IFIs/Development Banks, Investor Services, etc
C-Level Expertise
He has executed a number of "C" level searches accross sectors including CEO/COO/CFO/CTO/CRO/CIO/CHRO/CMO/ CLO/Head of Sales / Country officers, etc.
Career Journey
Jean-François started his search career in London with the top tier boutique ARMSTRONG International executing C level visible searches in Financial Services as well as expert searches in the EMEA region in most asset classes within Financial Services (AWM, CIB, Global Banking…)
Since then, he has held several practice and geographic management positions in France with TRANSEARCH as Managing Partner, ALEXANDER HUGHES as President and ATKEARNEY Executive Search where he was Managing Director for France and Vice-President of ATKEARNEY.
Education and International Experience
Jean-François has lived in the UK, France, Luxembourg, Chile and Switzerland. He holds a Graduate Degree in Political Science from Sciences Po and a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics.
